playground_kidsThe Therapeutic Foster Care program provides treatment foster care services to children aged 3-21. These children, who are in the custody of the Department of Human Resources, are provided extensive therapeutic services to help them develop self-control, social skills, and daily living skills that will enable them to function successfully within their own community, with the eventual goal that they return to their families or find another permanent placement in which they can succeed.
